About The Buildings

Our 2 buildings (former Worsted Textile Mills) are on one site – and are split into commercial / industrial units but can be adapted for small businesses. We have on-site parking, but there is also overflow on-street parking.

We are situated close to Leeds City Centre and Bradford, and have great links to the M1, M62 and A1.

Our site can accommodate 40ft container deliveries with a turning circle.

Westfield House

This is a 4 storey Red Brick Mill, with concrete floors, fully fire alarmed and fitted with a sprinkler system and CCTV. Accessed via a main entrance, the building has a central stairwell and operates a wide door goods lift with easily accessible loading bay area. Each floor has double fire door access off the stairwell / lift landing area, leading to common areas and communal toilet facilities. Units are accessed directly off this common area.

The units can accommodate a variety of uses. We have a large range of units available, offering small and large to suit your needs.

Toilets are accessible on each floor level. Units are metered individually, so you only pay for the usage you consume.

Lower Westfield House

This is a 2 storey Red Brick Mill which is fully fire alarmed.

The ground floor has units with individual access and also units which are accessed via a communal corridor with double door access into the units. The common corridor area has an entry door to the front of the building and a roller shuttered loading bay access to the rear, which easily accommodates small forklifts and pallet trucks.

The first floor has its own main entry stairwell to the front of the building, but also benefits from a loading bay entrance due to how the land raises to the side of the building – vehicle access to this area is available for tenants.
