• We have no hidden service charges. The additional costs are metered gas/electric/water (if applicable) and annual building insurance which is charged per sq. ft occupancy.
• No VAT to pay on the rental charge.
• Only 1 month rent is required as a bond (which is refundable if you choose to vacate).
• Easy In/Out terms – 1 month notice can be agreed if required.
• On-site parking.
• The location is great for commuting, with close links to the M1, M62 and A1.
• Flexible terms – if you have any specific needs, please do not hesitate to get in touch and we will do our best to cater for them.
• Your needs – The Landlord is based on site with a full-time maintenance engineer to respond to any queries.
• Safety is important and our buildings are fitted with fire alarms and the 4 storey Mill has a sprinkler system (which both helps reduce our building insurance and your individual contents insurance)
